Drew Olech, Scott’s son and fellow co-owner, contributes a forward-thinking mindset and entrepreneurial drive. He currently serves in the Army and brings a deep sense of purpose, dedication, and fresh ideas that keep our company growing and evolving. Drew works closely with clients to deliver thoughtful, unique designs that honor their vision.

Lily Olech, Scott’s daughter, is also part of the family business and plays a growing role in supporting operations and helping us serve more families with care. With a shared commitment to exceptional assistance, Lily adds a compassionate and personal touch to each project.
